P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij projekti, ne synojm\u00eb n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb ringjallim dhe p\u00ebrhapim g\u00ebzimin e leximit, duke nxitur nj\u00ebherazi edhe reflektimin p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje universale e aktuale, si ato mjedisore dhe shoq\u00ebrore. Dhjet\u00eb libra, dhjet\u00eb rr\u00ebfime frym\u00ebzuese e prek\u00ebse, q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptosh bukurin\u00eb e diversitetit e t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjes dhe q\u00eb e ndihmojn\u00eb lexuesit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb ura komunikimi.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cStories that inspire and leave a mark\u201d involves the translation, publication & promotion of 10 titles over a period of 15 months. Some of the selected writers have authored works that have become modern classics, whereas the others have quickly gained prominence and their works have been widely translated thanks to their originality, strong narrative voice and universal themes (G. Kuijer J. Giono, M. Desiati, S. Stridsberg, R. Liksom, C. Dabos, T. Ma\u0142kowski, V. Ardone, V. Mu\u00e7i, D. Zipfel).<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This collection entails 7 works written in lesser-used languages, such as Finnish, Swedish, Polish, Dutch, Italian and Albanian, and 3 written in 2 major languages, French and German, thus encouraging Albanian readers to further discover the diversity of European literature. A children\u2019s book of the finest Albanian literature will be translated from Albanian into Greek. The Albanian-into-Greek translation will be another added value to this project.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will, first and foremost, seek to rekindle and spread the joy of reading, while also encouraging a reflection on universally current matters, such as environmental and social issues. Ten books, ten inspiring and moving stories that make you realize the beauty in diversity and inclusion and help readers build communication bridges.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, it is not literature\u2019s (primary) mission to provide solutions, but through inspiring characters and thought-provoking stories, it can encourage an intimate discussion between the book, the heart and the mind, which is the essential meaning of reading, after all.
